All the team were very helpful and approachable. I had a good experience dealing with Ailya who was very thorough and efficient. A young lad helped me work out the Bluetooth and nothing was too much trouble. They delivered the car the next day with all of the paint work completed and paperwork in order. Thank you for helping me buy a car for my nephew who lives abroad - Ailya was very helpful explaining the paperwork.

The initial enquiry about the car was met with a helpful video call to show all aspects. Further valuable communication continued with immediate, constructive responses (even approaching 8pm) in the process of having a new MOT prepared and arranging our visit as we were travelling from a distance. On arrival we were made very welcome and all had been prepared for our inspection of the vehicle, documentation etc. After very satisfactory test driving we were supported in sorting the formal documentation processes.
