The service provided was absolutely brilliant, above and beyond all expectations. We drove from Bristol to view a car ,liked it and after a test drive decided to purchase it. On the journey home a light came on on the dashboard indicating there was a fault somewhere. We rang the dealership and explained the situation and ,to cut a long story short they drove down to Bristol with a trailer, picked up the car took it back to Oxford ,sorted the problem and had it back to us ON THE SAME DAY . We have had no issues since and would recommend this company to anyone

This place is amazing. Such lovely people who really care. I recently bought a car there and when I got home realized it had an issue. I live locally and when I called them they sent out a mechanic straight away who diagnosed the problem. They then took the car back and gave me a courtesy one while they replaced the faulty part. Then they brought it back to me. Really incredible service and I love my new car which works perfectly now.
