The team were always hardworking and friendly, and made sure our car was in its best condition at all times upon viewing and when we drove it away. Purchased a vehicle today from Automotive and can honestly say best customer service experience by far. All the team are super friendly. Each team member goes above and beyond with great customer care. Nothing was a bother at all. Felt very comfortable from get go. From the beginning of contact back and forth with team members I was responded too quickly very accommodating with times dates etc. due to no fault of their own DVLA website went down and the lovely lady that works there (sorry didn’t get name) drove me to the post office to try tax vehicle their system was also down and not once did I feel I was causing a inconvenience the lady held a friendly conversation with me she was very polite and bubbly. Back at automotive I was offered hot drinks Each members of the team engaged in conversations with myself wasn’t just left sat there waiting. Finally dvla system started working after this a very quick sale was told everything I needed to know. Very pleased with purchase. Overall a great team of people working at automotive and I’m glad I chose there to purchase a car. Many choices of vehicle’s, stocked well.
