I was looking to replace a vehicle with the exact same make and model. Oxford Automotive had one in stock and after viewing the images etc. I gave them a ring. Aliya was very helpful, talked me through the details of the vehicle and then, via a video call app, showed me around the car. She took her time at my request, started the vehicle up, showed me all the bodywork, not hiding any of the few negatives. This gave me confidence and I arranged to catch a train the following day to go and view. Aliya collected me from the station and put me at ease, no pressure. The car was perfect, not too expensive ...just right! I have the distinct impression that if I was buying a £20K or £2K, I would still get the 5 star treatment as, I'm sure any other customer will.
