Great service! From start to finish Aliya was so helpful. I was travelling from Scotland, so she gave me a live tour of the car via video call and I was able to ask questions. Very honest and trustworthy garage to deal with. They picked me up from the train station and when I missed my connecting train due to another late train they switched and picked me up at Oxford. I even got a guided tour! They went over and above. The car came clean and smelling fresh, half a tank of fuel, and I’d forgotten to bring a holder for my phone, so Timmy gave me one from another car and even gave me his own charging lead as the one I’d brought was too short! All the paperwork was prepped to go and was done in minutes. Aliya even reminded me to check if my car was ULEZ compliant as I was travelling to London.
