Hi Toby, after the friendship we racked up with you , our company find it somewhat disappointing that you couldn’t feel you could call us if you had a problem with tyres. We would like to add we drove you to our local Sainsbury’s, so you can get cash from the cash machine to pay your road tax which you could not do so ,we used our company credit card to help you to tax your vehicle ,so you would be legal on the road ,as your Australian credit card would not work. Not forgetting we took the car off-line for you ,due to your Australian card not being able to provide you the funds for the vehicle. We have waited further few days until your wife, transferred funds for the car to us from Australia and brought the car to you at your convenient time , so you didn’t have to travel by public transport. After you explained your situation we even have provided you with an address for the V5C to be delivered because you have no fixed abode. The car is in immaculate condition inside and out as you totally agreed . We changed brake discs and pads ,serviced it and MOT it along with a full valet . To be totally honest the treatment you received we don’t think you would’ve got it anywhere else ,you even thanked us for helping you with the whole process, so it’s just very disappointing my Australian friend.

Enjoyed getting to know the owners. We selected a low-mileage, single-owner vehicle from their curated inventory. We were able to test drive the car, after which the owner drove us back home! After deciding to purchase, the car was delivered to our door where the transaction was completed without issue. Due to extreme cold, the car didn’t start the next day. The owner came out to give the battery a boost, and we’ve had no issues since. A very customer-oriented dealer, we definitely recommend them!
