I recently bought a car from this lovely family-run dealership and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From first enquiry they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. They were very accommodating with timings and did a video call before viewing which was great as I was travelling quite a long distance. When I arrived, I was offered a drink and biscuits – a small touch that shows how thoughtful they are. The car was exactly as described, drove perfectly, and they even added in some extra mats and an air freshener, which was a really nice gesture. The warranty package is also excellent. What stood out most was how genuinely caring they were – they even asked me to text once I got home safely to Derby. It’s rare to find a dealership that combines professionalism with such genuine kindness. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
